The completion timeframe depends on transaction complexity, seller efficiency, and property chains. If no related purchase exists, completion typically takes 4-8 weeks.
Process Overview:

- 📌 Enquiries raised with seller’s solicitors (~1 week response time)
- 📌 Mortgage Offer received & reviewed
- 📌 Client attends office for ID verification & document signing
- 📌 Completion within 2 weeks post-verification
- 📌 Registration (4-8 weeks) before final documents are sent
Freehold & Leasehold Sales
Upon receiving seller instructions, we send Protocol Forms and request an initial deposit. The Draft Contract Pack is prepared and sent to the buyer’s solicitors within 2 weeks.
